HOW TO SET UP PAPERLESS BILLING

Setting up paperless billing with Xpress Bill Pay is a straightforward process that allows you to receive and manage your bills online, reducing paper clutter and contributing to environmental conservation. Follow this step-by-step guide to enroll in paperless billing:​

Step 1: Create an Xpress Bill Pay Account

  1. Visit Tri-Countys' Xpress Bill Pay Site HERE
  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Complete the reCAPTCHA verification and click "Next."​
  5. Check your email for a verification message from Xpress Bill Pay. Typically comes from a No-Reply Email. Click on the "Verify Email" link provided.​
  6. After verification, return to the Xpress Bill Pay website. Provide your contact information as prompted, agree to the terms and conditions, and click "Next" to finalize your account setup.​

Step 2: Link Your Billing Account

  1. Log in to your Xpress Bill Pay account.​
  2. Click on the "Add Account" option.
  3. Enter the Tri​county Water
  4. Provide your account number and the last name or business name associated with the billing account.​
  5. Click "Locate Account."​
  6. Once your account is located, verify the information and click "Add Account" to link it to your Xpress Bill Pay profile.​

Note: Ensure that the information entered matches exactly as it appears on your bill to successfully link your account.

Step 3: Enroll in Paperless Billing

  1. After linking your billing account, navigate to the account settings or preferences section.​
  2. Look for the option labeled "Paperless Billing" or "Opt in for Paperless."​
  3. Confirm your selection if prompted.​

Note: By opting in for paperless billing, you will no longer receive paper statements via mail. Typically comes from a No-Reply Email. Instead, you will receive notifications via email when your new bills are available.
