Tri-County Water currently prints your water bill on a bi-monthly cycle (every other month). When you receive your bill you have the payment options listed below:

  • CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS- We accept both at our office and through Xpress Bill Pay site. You can call in and give your card number to one of the customer service representatives or click on the button above to pay over the Internet. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.
  • AUTO PAY- through Xpress Bill Pay. This is a popular option and has proven to be secure and trouble-free. This feature authorizes Tri-County Water to charge your credit/debit card account, or deduct from your checking or savings account. You can choose a bi-monthly paydate upon which your account of choice is drafted or charged. Auto Pay will look for a balance on your specified date. If the account has already been paid, has a zero balance or has a credit balance, Auto Pay will bypass it when it runs. You will still receive a bill in the mail or an Email if you have selected Paperless.  Please contact our office at (970)249-3369 if you would like to have us sign you up or you may do so yourself on the Xpress Bill Pay site.
  • MAIL- Your payment can be mailed to us at 647 N 7th St, Montrose, CO 81401.
  • WALK IN- You can bring the payment to our office in Montrose. An after-hours drop slot to the right of the front door is available if you arrive after regular business hours. For payments put through the drop slot use cash, check or money order. Please note that all cash payments are applied to the account. We do not make change.
